The website has a user guide that is very simple to follow.
Usually there are websites and apps that contain 3 different levels such as beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
All levels will be able to use the website easily and successfully submit a complaint form.
The website follows the Miami Dade County format so if the user clicks on the Miami Dade logo, it directs them to a new tab that contains the Miami Dade website.
On the home page, the user is shown a message to generate a new complaint.
The user then clicks on that button and they are redirected to the complaint form. On the complaint form, there are several fills that the user has to fill to submit a complaint form.
There is validation within the fills that has to be fulfilled to submit a complaint form.
For example, if the user tries to enter a 4 digit number instead of 5, a message appears to let the user know to put a 5 digit number.
This kind of validation goes with all of the fills in the complaint form.
Additionally, there is a checkbox in the complaint form that gives the user the choice to be contacted via email instead of remaining anonymous.
After the user finishes filling out the form, they will click submit.
The user is redirected to the confirmation page.
The confirmation page shows the user a confirmation number that will be stored within a database.
The complaint will be read by the developer and will solve the issue based on the information that the user filled.
